Ticket Validity

Tickets purchased via are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After 12 months, you will not be able to redeem your ticket at the attraction counters. This applies to all open tickets ( tickets that you are not required to choose a date ). For those that requires a date, if you have a change of plans and would like to move the date around, just get in touch with us  24 hours before your selected tour date and we will move the dates around to best accomodate you. So you can sit back and enjoy your holidays.


Refund Policy

Unable to visit Langkawi and redeem your online tickets? Did not manage to visit the attraction ?. Don’t worry,we understand.It happens.  You can get a refund for your tickets within 12 months from the date of purchase if you did not redeem the ticket. No questions asked.

Just contact us with your refund request and we will process your refund. will first verify your purchase. There will be a small cancellation fees of 10% imposed for all cancellation. We will refund back the funds into your bank account within 14 working days.

Tickets that have already been redeemed at the counters will not be refunded.


In the event of Attraction closure

Attractions in Langkawi are open every day of the year including school and public holidays. However, for safety reasons, some of the attractions temporary close for a few hours in case of bad weather. If you are unable to visit the attractions due to this, do drop us an email and we will refund back the tickets .


Bad Weather

In the unforeseen circumstances of bad weather and the operators of the attraction are not able to provide the service, the tickets purchased can be used on another date or a refund request can be made. The refund will be processed within 14 days and the funds will be reimbursed into the desired customer’s account.
